Vendor Information
1. Open and covered spaces are rented by the day,weekend, or month. Booth rates are $19.08
daily for each single space with 3 tables. Outside spaces, Effective January 1, 2008 there will be $10.60
spots only in the front where the new dealer setup area with 10x10 spaces. Food Court area spaces will be 10x40 foot spaces
will be $17.00 on the south side of roadside spaces $16.00.
PAYMENT MUST BE MADE PRIOR TO SETUP. 2.Payment is required with reservations on all single day or single weekend rentals. All dealers that maintain a
weekly reservation are requested to keep rental space paid at least one week in advance. If no payment for weekly rental space
has been made by 4:00 p.m. on Friday and you have not notified the office of your intent - then we must assume that you do not
intened to use the space, and it will be released. This will benefit the DEALERS on Saturday and Sunday mornings by our having
more information concerning Market space availability. Phone reservations must be paid by 7:00a.m. or they are released for rent.
3. Dealers begin setting up at 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and are encouraged to remain open until 4:00 p.m. Please complete all office
transactions by 3:00 p.m. as the office closes for daily balance. The Flea Market Office is open for reservations on Thursday and Friday
from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
4. To maintain a "Permanent Space"would be agreeing to guarantee market payment every Flea Market business day of the month.
We will allow credit for that day's rent if we re-rent your space should you to be absent one day - and only if we recieve notice no later
than 7:00 a.m. of that day. We do reserve the right to rent ANY vacante table at 9:00 a.m.
5. The Market can not be liable for damage or theft of merchandise or personal injury.a
6. Dealers should be aware of their responsibility for their children and pets, and be sure they are properly supervised.
There is to be NO alcohol consumed on Howard's Fleas Market property.
7. Electric outlets are provided for your convenience in testing merchandise. Because of the high cost of energy it is
necessary for us to charge the dealer who uses extra electricity according to individual dealer usage. This includes special
lighting..... it is your responsibilty to have your electric requirement recorded in the office.
8. Overnight parking for dealers with self-contained recreational vehicles is allowed on Friday and Saturday
nights for a minimum charge of $2.50 per day for electric, and $7.50 for camping. This must be recorded in the office upon
arrival.
9.There are legal restrictions regarding certain merchandise such as: food, firearms and Plants. It is your responsibility to meet
legal requirements. Dealers with such merchandise must verify their legal requirements with the Market Office upon arrival.
The sale of any food items must be cleared through the office.
10.We do have storage sheds for rent. No vehicle, trailers, etc. Are to be left at market the market without permission from the Market Manager.
11.This is a NO TRASH MARKET. Leave no garbage at your space. Garbage cans in the aisleways are for the convenience of your customers.
Please take your Garbage home.
12.We reserve the right to refuse admission to any dealer.
13. Anyone selling, trading or otherwise conducting business on the premises must have a paid receipt.
14. Dealers are requisted to keep your space rent reciept with you at all times. Your receipt is your proof of payment.
15. Anything left on a space which has not been paid in advance will be deemed abandoned and disposed of without liability
on the part of the Market.
16. We must request that any sound eminating from amplification equipment be kept at acceptable level.
17. A 6lb. ABC Type fire extinguisher is required in all close-and-lock spaces.
18.No one is allowed to do any construction, install any electric wiring, pluming or modifications without explicit
permission from the office.
