Howard’s Flea Market started with just a few spaces in 1972 and has now grown to 800 covered booths over 55 acres along with almost unlimited outdoor spaces. We are the largest Flea Market in Citrus County Florida.
Since 1996, The Citrus Chronicle has granted Howard’s Flea Market with the “Best of the Best” award. This award is given to companies that are voted to be the best in their fields by the readers of the Citrus Chronicle. Over a Span of sixteen years, Howard’s Flea Market has not missed a single year of this award. This is because we always strive to be the best.
Howards Flea Market is owned by Swap-O-Rama who takes great pride in providing good family fun for shoppers and an attractive business opportunity for vendors of all types. The market’s experienced office staff strives to provide excellent, friendly service at all times. The market manager, Cindy Barker, has been with Howard’s for 15 years and Brad Gomes has worked with us for 2 years. The creative, skilled maintenance staff, headed by Quillen Howard, strives to provide a clean environment and well maintained physical plant.
Additionally, we also support our vendors through a strong Advertising Program and strive to be good citizens through a large variety of community outreach efforts which is currently ran by Brad.
